The Henry Arts Alliance is led by current President Lynna Schmidt and an active Board of Directors. The Work of the Alliance is expressed as the following:

1) Create awareness, stimulate interest and encourage involvement in the arts

2) Publicize cultural activities through the media

3) Encourage participation in affiliate programs and activities and issue grants as needs warrant
